A FAMILY OPERATION

Salmon from the whole Family

In 1989, my father took a leap of faith, leaving our family home for six weeks to fish in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Instantly captivated by the experience, he returned the following year. A few years later purchased his own boat, naming it KATANYA in honor of my sister Tanya. Since then, our family has been fishing for Sockeye Salmon from that very boat. As the youngest member to join the crew each summer for the past seven years, I’ve rooted myself in the Bristol Bay traditions. I’ve now started a business to bring our premium catch directly to you. Our Sockeye Salmon is hand-picked and flash-frozen to ensure peak freshness, with convenient delivery right to your doorstep. Delivery to the Pheonix Metropolitan area

WILD CAUGHT SALMON BENEFITS

  • Eating wild caught salmon offers a multitude of benefits for both your health and the environment. Firstly, it is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for brain health, reducing inflammation, and promoting heart health. These fatty acids also contribute to healthy skin and hair. Additionally, Alaskan wild caught salmon is a great source of high-quality protein, providing all the essential amino acids needed for muscle growth and repair.

  • Moreover, choosing Alaskan wild caught salmon supports sustainable fishing practices. The strict regulations and monitoring in Alaska ensure that the salmon population is not overfished, preserving the delicate ecosystem and maintaining a healthy balance of marine life. By opting for wild caught salmon, you are contributing to the conservation of wild fish stocks and protecting marine biodiversity.

  • Alaskan wild caught salmon is free from antibiotics and hormones commonly used in farmed salmon. This guarantees a healthier and more natural product. The pristine waters of Alaska, where the salmon are caught, ensure that the fish are not exposed to pollutants or contaminants, making it a safer choice compared to farm-raised alternatives. Consuming Alaskan wild caught salmon not only provides numerous health benefits but also supports sustainable fishing practices and helps protect the environment. So, next time you're planning a seafood meal, consider incorporating this nutritious and eco-friendly option into your diet.
