Looking for inspiration to cook your salmon
1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Mayo
Black Pepper
Fresh Dill
Tin Foil
1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
2. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon to create a glaze.
3. Break off small pieces of fresh dill and place them on top of the salmon.
4. Cover the salmon with tin foil.
5. Bake at 370 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is a light pink color and flakes off easily with a fork.
6. If the salmon needs more time, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes, but be careful not to overcook it.
